Customer to ONIA Customer Service on their A/C:
Hi ONIDA,
I have registered but I don't have the ID. Your 1 ton A/C is useless. your service men did not attend the problem. Customer care is for time pass. They are connecting me for 20 min and no one answered. Why you want to run a business like this. I'm sleeping under my celing fan after I spend Rs 25000 on your ONIDA F..... A/C that can't give any cool and no Basssss has attended it. Please take away that ONIDA shit and I think I have lost my Rs.25000. If you are really MEN then plz answer this request.

ONIDA 1 TON A/C sucks. I have also bought this shit and put it on my bedroom wall. They promise 1 ton is sufficient for 100 sq feet, that is for good A/C like General / Samsung/ LG / anything except ONIDA Shit.
Feature of iCool in ONIDA : Sucks, logic is it starts with 18 C and after 15 min it automatically goes to 22 C and you are F**** up with all heat.
Never believe false advertisements and comments. Always go for 1.5 ton so you can use it anywhere and anytime. Say no to ONIDA.
